The GPC agreement (civil contract) is an agreement between the customer (legal entity, individual) and the contractor (executor) (physical address or legal entity) on the provision of services.
The subject of the contract is the provision of services. For example, a designer makes a landing page within 2 weeks and receives 20,000 rubles after the site is made, if approved by the customer. There are also force majeure changes that can also be traced during the execution of the contract.
In practice, the GPC agreement is reflected between individuals, legal entities, as well as individuals and legal entities. For example, an agency agreement between an agent (an individual, for example, self-employed) and an insurance company (legal entity). Or between the supplier of products and the store (legal entities). Or between a self-employed lawyer, for example, a self-employed independent forensic expert (individual). I'll give you a personal example. From the first quarter of 2020 to the end of 2021, I cooperated with the CHOOF on a gratuitous basis, and later with the individual entrepreneur, on a barter basis, I helped draw up a GPC agreement for free, and on loan they helped me with the first clients, as a novice lawyer for a portfolio.
